15 month old Appy filly in for some gentling and starting. We will just put a week into her to prep her for a late fall ride and start, then in the spring put 30 days on her. Today was her 3rd day of handling here at the ranch, though she is by nature a very gentle horse. The lay-down at the beginning of the film was her first ever attempt to lay down. Immediately after saddling we backer up a full lap around the pen and she began to sag, we missed the first moments on film, but the next request was simply to see if she'd want to just lay down and BAM!! Down she went!
